Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept standard digital payments (UPI, PayPal, bank transfers, etc.).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including size, color, or design issues.
Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are normal with handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

6. Package Opening Video Requirement

In case of any claims regarding damage or missing items, a full package opening video is mandatory.
The video must begin before opening the package, clearly show the sealed parcel, and capture the entire unboxing process.
Claims without this video will not be entertained.

7. Intellectual Property

All content including product photos, descriptions, logos, and designs are the property of Sri Sai Creations LLC and may not be used, reproduced, or copied without written permission.

8. User Conduct

Customers must not misuse our website or services. Prohibited behavior includes spreading false information, hate speech, harassment, spamming, or attempting fraud.
We reserve the right to cancel orders or disable user access if such behavior is observed.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website or services.

Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or minor variations in color, print, or texture.

Please ensure that you review product details carefully before placing your order.

Many of our items are handcrafted or made using traditional techniques such as block printing and natural dyeing. Slight irregularities or variations are part of the fabric’s natural charm and are not considered defects.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and package opening video and order details. The video must clearly show the sealed parcel and the entire unboxing process. We will review the case and respond accordingly. However, approval of any resolution remains at our sole discretion.

Washing & Care Instructions

General Instructions:

For the initial wash, hand wash or dry clean is advisable.
For delicate or embroidered garments such as kurtis, frocks, nighties, sarees, or materials, dry cleaning is recommended.
Avoid over-washing to maintain fabric integrity.
Do not soak garments in harsh chemical detergents or hot water. Cold water is preferable.
Cotton fabrics, especially handloom and naturally dyed items, may release color during the first few washes. Wash separately.
Block-printed garments (like Kalamkari, Batik, Bandhani) may have color variations, print irregularities, or minor stains. These are natural characteristics, not defects.
Use a light or steam iron as needed.
Avoid drying in direct harsh sunlight. Air drying is recommended to prevent fading.

Fabric-Specific Instructions:

Cotton:

Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
Iron on a medium setting.

Rayon / Georgette / Alpine:

Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
Iron on a low setting.

Silk / Velvet:

Dry clean is highly recommended.
If hand washing, use cold water with mild detergent.
Lay flat to dry.
Iron on a low setting.

Embroidered Garments:

Hand washing is preferred.
If machine washing, use cold water on a gentle cycle.
Do not squeeze or twist the fabric to remove water.

Block Printed:

Hand wash or use a gentle machine wash.
Avoid soaking in harsh detergents and hot water. Cold water is preferable.
Dry inside out, away from direct sunlight.
